I believe furniture testing is a strength, and safety inspection of all furniture we use in our day-to-day lives, like chairs, tables, beds, sofas, etc.

These products are put through testing prior to being placed in a home, office or hotel to ensure they are safe, long-lasting and comfortable.

Believe it or not, a weak chair or an unstable table can result in severe injuries. Yes, it's more than just appearance.

They must:

Take care to follow standards such as ISO, BIS, ASTM etc.

Use load-testing machines

Repeat exposure to use as a test

Record detailed results

Expertly, well, design and comfort is also reviewed. Furniture is not only about the strength, it's also about the usability.

A combination of engineering and comfort you can't find anywhere else.

Testing is a process (Pretty Interesting)

Therefore, for a first time, samples are collected and examined. Next, mechanical tests and safety tests are carried out.

Once that's done, results are analysed. When the furniture passes, then it is approved.

If not, suggestions for improvement and retesting is undertaken.
